Shipping Information:
ORDERING:
All orders will ship within the time frame listed with the item. Many of our items are made to order, so please allow time to receive your order.
If an item is back-ordered (we will send email notification) it will ship as soon as the item is available, and you will be contacted with a time estimate on the delivery date.
RETURNS:
We can provide an exchange on standard size corsets, but they are subject to a 20% restocking fee, as well as a return shipping fee. Custom corsetry is non-returnable, but we can do alterations for simply the shipping cost up to 30 days from when you received your order, a service provided by the extra fee. Once an item is produced, we do not provide cash refunds.
Orders cancelled after 72 hours will be assessed a 20% restock fee.
Non-defective returns are at the discretion of the manufacturer and (if authorized) will be issued store credit.
In order for an exchange or store credit to take place, returned items must be in their original plastic, in unworn, brand new condition with tags attached. Please wear a thin camisole or shirt when trying on your corset to avoid marking.
Exchanges and store credits will not be issued on the following ...
1) On custom orders, we cannot be held responsible for inaccurate measurements submitted by the customer. Therefore, please measure carefully.
2) Garments that we deem to have been subjected to abnormal abuse or stress, or altered by the customer in any way.
3) Bodystockings and Hosiery (not exchangeable unless packaging remains un-opened and un-disturbed).
4) Gift Certificates are NOT refundable.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN FOR AN EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT?
In order to exchange your item or receive a store credit, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, to request a Return Authorization number. Packages returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
WHERE TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT?
Carefully package the returned item(s) to properly protect the garment, and enclose instructions indicating your desire for a store credit or exchange. Please send your package pre-paid and insured. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages or damaged merchandise. C.O.D's will not be accepted. Make sure to send your package to the exact address indicated in your Return Authorization. Include your Return Authorization number on the label. *Note: Do not send your package via UPS, they do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return is received, and your exchange or store credit has been processed.
CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES:
Any cancellations will incur a 20% restocking fee and a store credit of the balance.
REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES:
If your package is returned to us "refused" or "unclaimed" (due to an unauthorized cancellation, change of heart, or incorrect address) we cannot be held responsible for original shipping charges, re-routing fees or any additional shipping charges to reship your item. If a refused or unclaimed package is no longer wanted by the customer, a 20% re-stocking fee will apply and a store credit of the balance will be issued to the customer less shipping charges and fees, valid for 1 year. Alternatively, the customer has the option of accepting their original order and return shipping fee(s). *Exception: If a refused or unclaimed package is a "custom" item, the customer owns it.
